40 called to Harambee Stars camp

    Head Coach Stanley Okumbi has released a list of 40 players to report to camp on Mon 15 August to start preparations for an international friendly against Uganda away in Kampala on 30 August and against hosts Zambia on Tuesday 4 September in the sixth and final 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.

    Enlisted are two English born players Josh Lelan, a 21-year-old utility defender whose contract with English third tier side Northampton Town lapsed at the end of the 2015/16 season.

    Out and out striker Jonah Ayunga, 19, of English second-tier side Brighton Hove and Albion has also received a call up to the Provisional squad.
