The Kenya U17 National Team is set to face Algeria on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, in their second match of the Union of North African Federations U18 tournament.

This comes after Kenya fell to a stoppage time goal in the opening match of the tourney against Egypt on Saturday.

The team has since held three training sessions ahead of the match, with coach Michael Amenga noting that his charges are fired for the Wednesday showdown.

“We didn’t get the result we expected on Saturday in our first match. We have however been working hard on our frailties and I’m confident that we will get a positive result,” said coach Amenga.

The match is set to kick off on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at the Tolip Borg El Arab Stadium, starting 4.15 pm EAT.
