Sports Cabinet Secretary Amb. Amina Mohamed has on Tuesday, July 2, 2019, treated the Kenya National team, Harambee Stars, to a luncheon in Egypt.

Flanked by Kenyan Ambassador to Egypt H.E Joff Otieno, the Sports CS expressed her congratulatory message to the team for putting up a strong fight despite not booking an automatic round of 16 slot.

“You did more than your best. As the President said (during the team’s visit to State House before departure to Egypt), it is not about winning but about doing your personal best, and that you did,” said CS Amina Mohamed.

“We are very happy that you are here after 15 years, and now it’s time we endeavor being in each and every AFCON,” added the Sports Cabinet Secretary.
