Guest nation, Kenya’s Harambee Starlets, is scheduled to face Mozambique in their first Group B match of the COSAFA Women Championships today, September 14, 2017, at the Luveve Stadium in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The match kicks off at 4.30 pm EAT and will be live on Kwese Sports

Harambee Starlets will be back in action after making their maiden appearance in the Africa Women Cup of Nations (AWCON) last year, where the Starlets bowed out at the group stages

The Starlets have been pooled in Group B alongside Mauritius, Mozambique, and Swaziland, and will be looking forward to a place in the knockout phase

Coach Richard Kanyi will be hoping for a win in his first match at the helm. He has in his squad included seven debutants in Monica Karambu, Jenipher Adhiambo, Esther Nandika, Juliet Auma, Florence Awino, Lucy Mkhwana and Pheobe Oketch. Two regulars, Neddy Atieno and Mwanahalima Adam, who were not in the AWCON traveling party, are in line for starting berths
