The fourth AFK Annual General Meeting (AGM) was successfully held at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies, starting at 11am and ending at 2.30 pm.
The congress, overseen by FKF President Nick Mwendwa, tackled all listed agenda save for the one on the expansion of KPL from 16 teams to 18 as directed by the Sports Disputes Tribunal.
Other than expenditures, Accounts for the year ended 2015 were passed and so was the budgets for 2017.
The Congress agreed to grant the National Executive Committee the go ahead to tweak parts of the rule book as well as suspend officials associated with running a parallel league. Regulations on intermediaries were also passed.
The next AGM will be held next year about the same time.
