    The Football Kenya Federation has successfully played host to the FIFA International Transfer Matching System (ITMS) workshop held at the Hilton Hotel and the Strathmore Business Centre

    The conference attracted two UEFA countries, France and Belgium, several CAF member Associations among them Algeria, Ghana, Egypt, Zambia and Nigeria and several clubs including Nkana FC of Zambia, Gor Mahia FC of Kenya, Uganda Revenue Authority SC of Uganda, Olympique de Marseille of France and Wadi Degla FC of Egypt

    The workshop is aimed at educating associations on the newest version of the ITMS with a focus on transfers, minors, and claims. FIFA’s goal is to facilitate the sharing of information, expertise and best practices among ITMS users including clubs, associations and FIFA TMS.

    The first day of the workshop was for Anglophone Countries and Clubs from CAF and UEFA at the Hilton Hotel while their Francophone counterparts had their chance on day two. Day three, May 12, 2017, was for local clubs at the Strathmore Business School
