Harambee Stars: Update on Uganda, DR Congo friendlies

    The National football team, Harambee Stars, is scheduled to play Uganda and DRC Congo on March 23 and March 26, 2017, respectively.

    Harambee Stars is currently in camp in Machakos. Erick Ouma, Ayub Timbe, and Eric Johanna have all requested that they be given time to settle in their new clubs and as such won’t be part of the upcoming friendlies. Paul Were has been called up to camp in place of the aforementioned. The team will have a closed double session today, Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at 10 am and 4 pm respectively

    DR Congo

    Sunday opponents DR Congo began jetting into the country yesterday, 21st March, and are currently being hosted at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies, Thika Road. The team is scheduled to have its first training session today, Tuesday, March 21, 2017, beginning 5 pm.

    Uganda

    The Ugandan contingent is expected to jet into the country today, Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at 1030hrs, and will be hosted at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies, Thika Road. The team is tentatively scheduled to have its first training session at Camp Toyoyo, today, Tuesday, March 21, 2017, beginning 3 pm.
