Kenya has dropped to position 102 in the latest FIFA Rankings released by World Football Governing body FIFA on October 16, 2017

The slump could be attributed to the National team’s five-match winless streak, having lost to Sierra Leone, Iraq and Thailand and shared the spoils with Malawi and Mozambique

Earlier on, Coach Stanley Okumbi had expressed disappointment with the results, stating that the team gained crucial lessons from the friendly matches

“We are not happy that results didn’t go our way but we will review the situation and hopefully build on the same,” said Harambee Stars coach Stanley Okumbi

“The two matches (in Asia against Iraq and Thailand) have provided us with essential lessons,” added the Coach
