Kenya has risen to position 106 in the latest rankings released by world governing body FIFA today, December 21, 2017.

The rise denotes a five-place improvement from position 111 in the previous rankings released on November 23, 2017.

Harambee Stars most recently lifted the CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup after a 3-2 win over Zanzibar post-match penalties. The two sides had been tied at 2-2 in regulation time.

Up next is a 2019 AFCON qualifier against Ghana scheduled for September 2018. Stars could, however, be involved in friendly matches during the March and June International breaks.
