Confederation of African Football (CAF) has named Louis Hakizimana from Rwanda as the Center Referee for Sunday’s CAF Champions League preliminary round tie pitting Gor Mahia against Burundian side Aigle Noir.
Louis will be assisted by his compatriots Ambroise Hakizimana (First Assistant Referee), Justin Karangwa (Second Assistant Referee) and Abdoul Karim Twagiramukiza (Fourth Official).
Ahmed Iddi Mgoyi from Tanzania will serve as the Match Commissioner.
The match has been slated for Sunday, August 25, 2019, at the MISC Kasarani starting 4 pm.

K’ogallo earned a barren draw in the first leg played on August 11, 2019, and will be out to maintain their place in the continent’s top tier club competition, buoyed by their home advantage.
The winner on aggregate will face the winner of yet another preliminary round tie pitting AS SONIDEP (Niger) against USM Alger (Algeria).
