Nairobi Stima kicked off their 2019/2020 FKF National Super League Campaign on a high with an 8-0 thumping of newly-promoted Nothern Wanderers FC at Camp Toyoyo on Sunday, September 1, 2019.

This as FC Talanta and Vihiga United also managed identical 3-1 wins over Vihiga Bullets and Migori Youth respectively, while Bidco United beat Mt. Kenya United 3-0 at the Thika Stadium.

Following the big wins, Stima leads the 20-team log with three points, similar to six other sides, with only goal difference separating them.

Two matches, featuring Kenya Police against APS Bomet and Modern Coast Rangers against Administration Police have been postponed to a later date. This was occasioned by some players’ participation in the East African Police Games which ended on Sunday.
