Ushuru picked up a routine 3-0 win over Thika United on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Camp Toyoyo to activate round 25 of the FKF National Super League.

Evans Maliachi gave the Taxmen a 22nd minute lead from the spot, one they would double minutes later through Alex Sunga to see the first half end 2-0.

Patrick Macharia then added a third in the 65th minute yet again from the spot, with Ushuru holding on for a win that took them top of the table pending Wazito’s match on Sunday.

City Stars, meanwhile, put behind them a string of cold results to beat Coast Stima 2-1 in one of seven matches played on Sunday.

Sanneh Ebrimah netted twice, in the 16th and 71st minutes, with Joshua 46th minute equalizer for Coast Stima turning out to be a mere consolation.

Green Commandos also played out a 2-2 draw with Administration Police at the Bukhungu Stadium
