Round 32 of the FKF National Super League culminated on Monday, September 10, 2018, with KCB edging out Kisumu All-Stars 2-1 at Camp Toyoyo, courtesy of a goal by Kennedy Owino and an own goal by KisumAll-Stars defender Bobby Kwaka. Nelson Amunga scored an 81st-minute consolation for the guests.
The win saw KCB rise to third, at the expense of Ushuru, with 60 points from 30 matches. The latter, meanwhile, drops to fourth with 59 points, having been held to a 0-0 stalemate by Migori Youth on Sunday in Awendo.
League leaders Western Stima, in the meantime, opened up a six-point lead following a 0-1 win away to Kenya Police. Geoffrey Ochieng scored the lone goal.
The Powermen have since amassed 67 points from 31 matches, six more than second-placed Nairobi Stima, who however have a game in hand.
Rescheduled Fixtures
Two matches will be played on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at Camp Toyoyo.
FC Talanta will face off with Modern Coast Rangers at 2 pm before Kibera Black Stars takes on Green Commandos later on at 2.15 pm.
Both matches will be aired LIVE on Bamba Sports.
