Kariobangi Sharks will for the second year in a row contest the FKF SportPesa Shield final, this time against 2014 champions Sofapaka. The match has been slated for Saturday, October 20, 2018, at the MISC Kasarani, starting at 3.15 pm.

Sharks lost 2-0 to AFC Leopards in the 2017 final courtesy of a goal apiece by Salim Abdalla and Vincent Oburu.

A 4-1 win in this year’s semifinal match against Ulinzi Stars, however, will be enough motivation to put up a strong fight against Sofapaka, who dispatched defending champions AFC Leopards in the other semi.

The winner of the final match will take home kshs 2 Million as well as a chance to represent the country in the 2019 CAF Confederations Cup.

Tickets will be sold at a flat rate of KES 100 at the match venue
