St Joseph Youth edged out Modern Coast Rangers 0-1 at the Mbaraki Sports Club while Wazito dispatched rivals Nairobi Stima in FKF National Super league matches played on Friday, October 6 and Saturday, October 7, 2017.
St Joseph Youth carried on their fine run with a third win in a row, this time away to Modern Coast Rangers. The win comes after successive wins over Administration Police and Nairobi Stima, both at the Araha Stadium. St Joseph has since risen to 15th with 26 points from 28 matches.
On Saturday at Camp Toyoyo, Wazito also managed a third win in a row, edging out Nairobi Stima 2-0. Dennis Gicheru and Kennedy Ayako were on target for Wazito. The win consequently takes Wazito level on points with Nairobi Stima (56 points). Stima have a superior goal difference.
