Update on Harambee Stars, Malawi international friendly

    The national football team, Harambee Stars, is scheduled to play Malawi in an international friendly, set for April 18, 2017, at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos beginning 3 pm.

    The Malawi contingent is scheduled to jet into the country today, Sunday, April 16, 2017, at 1820hrs ahead of the Tuesday friendly.

    Harambee Stars First Coach Stanley Okumbi has released a final list of 23 players expected to do duty for Kenya on Tuesday. New call-ups in the team have been necessitated by injuries and/or a section of clubs failing to release their players as the friendly, which is in preparation for the 2018 Chan tournament falls outside of the FIFA window for international matches.
