Wazito will face off with Ushuru in one of eight FKF National Super League matches slated for Sunday, September 17 and Monday, September 18, 2017

Wazito, fifth on the log with 46 points from 23 matches, is two points adrift of fourth-placed Ushuru. The latter, however, has played 24 matches, one more than Wazito. Ushuru played out a 1-1 draw with Modern Coast Rangers in their last match played at the Mbaraki Sports Club. Wazito, on the other hand, edged out Bidco United 2-1 in midweek courtesy of goals by Pistone Mutamba and Zachary Gathu. Wazito will be going all out for a win that could get them back into the top four. Ushuru will also be hoping for a win that could keep alive their promotion chase. The match will be played on Monday, September 18, 2017, at the Camp Toyoyo grounds

Administration Police

Prior to the match, Administration Police will be up against Modern Coast Rangers at the same venue as from 2 pm. AP lost 3-1 to a numerically handicapped Nairobi Stima in their last match played at Camp Toyoyo. The law enforcers will be hoping to make amends against Modern Coast, owing to their not so appealing position on the standings. Modern Coast will hope to build on their 1-1 draw in their last match against Ushuru. Both matches, Ushuru vs Wazito and AP vs Modern Coast, will be live on free to air channel Bamba Sports

In an early kickoff at Camp Toyoyo on Monday starting 11 am, Nairobi City Stars will be up against Kenya Police. City Stars held Kibera Black Stars to a 1-1 draw in midweek and will be looking to get back to winning ways. Police, on the other hand, edged out FC Talanta in midweek. The two sides are tied at 35 points. City Stars, however, have a superior goal difference. Palos will also host Kibera Black Stars on Monday at the Mumias Sports Complex, the match set to kick off at 3 pm
