Six matches lined up as Women Premier League resumes

The Women Premier League gets back underway this weekend, Saturday, August 26, and Sunday, August 27, 2017, after a one-month transfer window break.

In Zone A, Soccer Queens will host Kayole Starlets at the Impala grounds as from 11 am on Saturday. Soccer Sisters will then play Mathare United Women in the second match at 1 pm. On Sunday, Mombasa Olympic will face off with Spedag at the Mbaraki Sports Complex at 3 pm

Meanwhile, in Zone B, league leaders Vihiga Queens will travel to Busia to take on Bulemia on Saturday at 1 pm. On Sunday, Palos Ladies will be at home to face Oserian Ladies at the Moi Stadium in Kisumu while Wadadia will be up against Vihiga Leeds at the Mumias Sports Complex

One match, however, pitting Thika Queens against Makolanders that was scheduled for Saturday, August, 27, has been postponed to a later date

Women Division One

The Women Division One league will also get back underway with two matches scheduled on Sunday in Zone A and one match in Zone B on Saturday. Golden Angels will take on Gaspo Youth at the Ziwani Grounds while JUTAM will be up against Kibera Girls Soccer Academy at JKUAT. In Zone B, Solasa Stima Queens will be up against Kendu Bay Starlets
