Following Western Stima and KCB’s automatic promotion to the 2019 top tier league, third-placed Nairobi Stima and fourth placed Ushuru will battle it out for a single promotion playoff spot in the final round of matches set to be played on Saturday, October 13, 2018.
This as Migori Youth and GFE 105 face off in a relegation battle set to be played at the Awendo Stadium in which the loser will have to contend with a place in the 2019 FKF Division One League.
Nairobi Stima will play host to already promoted KCB, who have a realistic chance of ending the season top of the log, at Camp Toyoyo starting 2 pm with their sights set on all three points. The Powermen are third with 68 points, similar to fourth placed Ushuru, but with a superior goal difference.
The latter, meanwhile, will be up against Bidco United at the Machakos Stadium starting 2 pm.
Western Stima, in the meantime, will be hoping for a positive finale when they take on FC Talanta at the Moi Stadium in Kisumu. The match will be the second of a double header that will see Kisumu All Stars take to the pitch against Kibera Black Stars in the first match.
