Kayole Starlet put behind them a loss to Oserian Ladies in their last match to brush aside struggling Soccer Queens 6-2 at the Ruiru Grounds on Sunday.

Lavender Atieno and Nancy Atako each scored a goal apiece, with Yvonne Idagiza and Christine Ngoizi also getting themselves on the scoresheet for Kayole. Dhiramo Deye and Meryole Njeri netted Soccer Queens consolation goals.

Trans Nzoia Falcons also beat visiting Wadadia 2-0 to rise to second, two points adrift of Thika Queens, who however have two games in hand. Caren Nangila and Naomi Wanjala were on target for the WPL debutants.

Mathare United Women, meanwhile, dropped points in each of their two away matches against Vihiga Leeds and Kisumu All Starlets.
