The Kenya U15 national team came from two goals down to hold a Central Rift combined U17 side 2-2, in a friendly match played in Sunday, February 24, 2019, at the Afraha Stadium in Nakuru.

The hosts were quick off the mark, racing into a 2-0 lead inside the first 20 minutes.

Gil Harel, however, halved the deficit for a 2-1 halftime score before Khamis Nyale restored parity in the second half, the match ending 2-2.

The friendly was the fifth for the Junior Stars this year, with their biggest test coming up in April where they are set to take part in the annual MIC Football Tournament.
