This as seven clubs look to protect their unbeaten records, with six more seeking their first wins of the season.
Oserian Ladies, who have taken an early lead with two wins and a draw in three matches, will be away to Makolanders at Camp Toyoyo on Saturday.
Second-placed Trans Nzoia Falcons, in the meantime, will host newbies Kibera Girls Soccer Academy at the Manour Agricultural Center.
