FKF Aberdares Branch is set to host the first of six CAF C License course, a continuation of the Basic and Advanced coaching courses undertaken by Football Kenya Federation since 2016.

The set to kick off on Monday, September 2, 2019, will see coaches from the Aberdares and Mt Kenya Branches (Laikipia, Nyeri, Muranga, Kiambu and Kirinyaga counties) benefit, with certification and accreditation in line upon completion.

Coaches will have a two-week theory and practical session at the M-Pesa Foundation in Thika, as well as a one-week placement in an active football club, where they will be expected to put the learned skills into practice.

After the attachment, the coaches will have a one-week review before sitting their final exam.

The course is part of Football Kenya Federation’s long term goal of capacity building that has seen over 2800 coaches trained in the Basic and Advanced and CAF C License Course.
