Harambee Stars coach Francis Kimanzi has expressed satisfaction in the Harambee Stars squad that is in camp ahead of the upcoming friendly match against Zambia.

This as the team entered its final day of training today ahead of Friday’s match.

Coach Kimanzi pointed out that despite the COVID-19 restrictions training has been good and hopes to attain a positive result tomorrow.

” The training we have had in camp I believe is sufficient for the friendly match tomorrow despite the short period of time and the delays caused by COVID-19 restrictions,” said Coach Kimanzi.

Harambee Stars Goalkeeper Ian Otieno also exuded confidence in his teams capacity to attain a  good result in the friendly match.

” I believe the team is capable of delivering a positive result despite training for a very short period of time,” said Ian Otieno.

Zambia’s Chipolopolo, meanwhile, are expected in the country on Thursday night, and will have a feel of the field of play on Friday morning.

The match has been scheduled for Friday, October 9, 2020, at the Nyayo Stadium, starting 4 pm EAT and will be aired LIVE on Startimes.
