The Kenya national team’s social media activity continued to grow in the month of November as they registered a cumulative reach of 3,524,520 and a cumulative interaction of 1,077,186 in the 30 day period.
Harambee Stars, which has a following on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, was active on the pitch in November playing Comoros in a two-legged 2022 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers match and also having their U20 outfit represent the country in the CECAFA U20 Championships hosted in Arusha, Tanzania.
The statistics were generated from the insights and analytics tools offered by the social media platforms and recorded metrics from 1st November to 30th November.
Of the 3,524,520 reached across the three platforms, Facebook leads the way with a reach of 1,972,820 followed by Twitter with 1,514,000 impressions, while Instagram had a reach of 37,700.
As for the 1,077,186 accumulative interactions, Facebook leads with 859,735 engagements, followed by Twitter with 153,551 and Instagram had 63,900 interactions.
The improved interactions saw the audience grow with Facebook again growing by 20,838 more page likes, Instagram had 3,241 more followers and Twitter had 2,249 new followers.
