MCF was held to a 2-2 draw by visiting Nairobi Stima in the Betika National Super league round 7 action played on Monday, January 25, 2021.
Despite both teams’ attempts to bag the leading goal, the first half closed in a stalemate of 0-0
Upon resumption, Josphat Hanginda went for goal in the 46th minute allowing MCF to take up the lead, however, this was short-lived as Nairobi Stima soon replied with John Kangethe’s goal in the 51st minute.
Alex Luganji broke the stalemate putting Nairobi Stima in the lead as he netted a goal in the 65th minute.
Ivan Ahguyo equalized for MCF in the 78th minute sealing off the scores at 2-2.
