Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Ugandan William Oloya as the Center Referee for Gor Mahia’s CAF Confederations Cup playoff round match against NAPSA Stars from Zambia.
Oloya will be assisted by his compatriots Lee Okello (First Assistant Referee), Issa Masembe (Second Assistant Referee), and Chelanget Ali Sabila (Fourth Official).

Alexis Redamptus Nshimiyimana from Rwanda will serve as the Match Commissioner while Wycliffe Makanga, who doubles up as the Harambee Stars’ Team Doctor, will serve as the COVID-19 Officer.
NAPSA Stars are set to land in the country on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at 3 pm ahead of the match set to be played on Sunday, February 14, 2021, at the Nyayo National Stadium.
