Migori Youth labored past a stubborn Shabana, winning 3-2 in the end, in their Betika National Super League round 17 fixture played on Saturday, March 20, 2021.

Kevin Hagai gave Migori Youth the lead with his goal in the 9th minute, and before Shabana recovered, his counterpart Paul Enzo netted the second goal.

Shabana’s Achito Amos was on target in the 43rd minute closing off the first half scores at 2-1.

Upon resumption, it was an array of attempts from Shabana to equalize the scores and Migori Youth trying to get a win at home.

Two minutes after stoppage time, Hillary Ojwang gave Migori Youth its third goal, however, one minute later, Mohammed Coulibaly’s replied giving Shabana its second goal.

This was however not enough to overturn the 3-2 scores in their favor.

Six more matches will be played on Sunday, with the highlight being at the Ruaraka Grounds, where second-placed FC Talanta will face fifth-placed Mwatate United
