The Kenya U23 national team, the Emerging Stars, and the senior women national team, Harambee Starlets, will be in action in a series of upcoming CECAFA tournaments, scheduled to kick off in July this year.
Also in action will be the U20 Women national team and FKF Women Premier League defending champions Vihiga Queens.
Emerging Stars will start us off with the U23 Men CECAFA challenge cup to be hosted by Ethiopia from July 3 to July 18, 2021.
Three-time FKF Women Premier League champions Vihiga Queens will represent us in the inaugural CAF Women Club Champions league, which Kenya will host between July 17 and August 1, 2021.
Following suit will be the Kagame Cup Men inter-club tournament to be hosted by Tanzania from August 1 to August 15, 2021.
The Kenya U20 women team, dubbed ‘Rising Starlets’ will represent the Kenyan flag in the CECAFA Women U20 tournament to be hosted by Uganda from August 14 to August 28, 2021.
2019 CECAFA Senior Women Challenge Cup champions, Harambee Starlets, in the meantime, will be looking to defend the trophy in the 2021 edition, to be held in Djibouti from December 17 to December 31, 2021.
