Kibera Black Stars was held to a goalless draw by visiting Fortune Sacco in their Betika National Super League round 35 fixture played on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at the Ligi Ndogo Grounds.

The first half started off at a fast pace as both teams tried to see the back of their opponent’s net but their attempts fell naught, closing the first half scores at 0-0.

After resumption, Michael Omulama, in the 52nd minute, attempted to nick the lead for Kibera Black Stars through the created chance but missed the target by inches.

Ten minutes later, Fortune Sacco’s Peter Kilari sent a shot that led to Kibera Black Stars Goalkeeper Francline Mwenda jumping high enough to tip the ball over the crossbar.

In the 71st minute, John Owira made an attempt to nick the lead for Kibera Black Stars, but Fortune Sacco’s Goalkeeper Marvin Nderitu punched the ball over the crossbar. This sealed the scores at 0-0.
