During FKF Premier League pre-season PET training, 41 match commissioners and assessors were taken through football integrity, on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, by Head of FKF Integrity Mike Kamure.

They were taken through the effects of the worldwide vice of match-fixing and how to help curb it and preserve football’s integrity. The team was also taught how to recognize, resist and report suspicious incidents.

FIFA in conjunction with FKF has put up identification and reporting mechanisms for match-fixing such as the FIFA portal, the FKF Integrity Portal, and the FKF Integrity Hotline number +254 790115228, in the game, which the FKF Premier League match commissioners and assessors were guided through.

Earlier today, Sofapaka FC was also taken through integrity classes, summing up the number of FKF Premier League clubs with integrity education to 8, that is, Bandari, Kariobangi Sharks, Tusker, Ulinzi, Posta Rangers, Kenya Police, and KCB.

The FKF Premier League referees and assistant referees will go through the FKF integrity class on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.
