Debutants Kangemi Ladies suffered an 11-0 defeat at the hands of Vihiga Queens in their FKF Women Premier League midweek action at the Mumias Sports Complex.
Vihiga Queens’ Maurine Achieng opened the scores with her goal in the 7th minute and added to the tally in the 26th minute. Four minutes later, Janet Bundi bagged the third goal for Vihiga Queens.
In the 49th minute, Maurine Achieng got her hat trick. Faith Ongachi netted a brace through her goals in the 53rd and 58th minutes. Diana Cherono racked up the seventh goal for Vihiga Queens in the 69th minute. Three minutes later, Robai Keben made it eight to naught goals. Janet Bundi also bagged her hat trick through her goal in the 78th minute. Phelisters Kadari sealed the win with her goal in the 84th minute.
Bunyore Starlets lost 1-2 to Kisumu Allstarlets at Ebusakami Primary.
