Harambee Stars coach Engin Firat has named the starting lineup to face Iran in the international friendly match later this evening.

Patrick Matasi returns in goal after a stint out of the team and will be shielded by a back four of Brian Mandela, Joseph Okumu, Amos Nondi, and Eric Ouma.

In midfield, the coach has handed a debut to AFC Leopard’s Victor Omune, who will play alongside Duke Abuya, Richard Odada, and Teddy Akumu.

Michael Olunga will don the captain’s armband and will lead the line alongside Masud Juma.

The match, Kenya’s first in over a year and a half, kicks off at 8 pm EAT, at the Azadi Sports Complex in Tehran, Iran.
