The Harambee Starlets has been drawn against Cameroon’s Indomitable Lionesses in the first round of qualifiers for the 2024 Africa Women Cup of Nations Qualifiers (WAFCON).

Should the Starlets win on aggregate in the two-legged qualifier, they will be up against Gabon or Botswana in the second round.

The winner of the second round will get automatic qualification for the 2024 Africa Women Cup of Nations to be held in Morrocco.

The first round will be played between September 18 and September 26, 2023. Starlets will start away from home.

The second round, should Starlets progress, will be played between November 27, and December 5, 2023.

The qualifiers will mark Starlets’ return to CAF Competitions after Kenya’s lengthy suspension by FIFA from football.
