The FKF Leagues and Competitions Committee, having reviewed the submissions from Muhoroni Youth FC and KCB FC, as well as Migori Youth FC and Darajani Gogo FC, along with the reports provided by the match officials, has made the following decisions regarding FKF Premier League Match No 53 (Muhoroni Youth vs KCB FC) and FKF National Super League Match No 37 (Migori Youth vs Darajani Gogo) due to crowd-related incidents.
Muhoroni Youth vs KCB FC
1. The match is awarded to KCB FC, granting them 3 points and a 2-goal advantage.
2. Muhoroni Stadium is suspended from hosting the next five (5) Muhoroni Youth FC home matches, which shall be played behind closed doors.
3. Mr. Moses Adagala, Chairperson of Muhoroni Youth FC, is banned from attending the next three (3) Muhoroni Youth matches.
4. Muhoroni Youth FC is required to pay a fine of KES 300,000.
Migori Youth vs Darajani Gogo
1. The full-time result of the match shall remain as Migori Youth FC 1-0 Darajani Gogo FC.
2. Migori Stadium is prohibited from hosting the next five (5) Migori Youth FC home matches, which will be played behind closed doors.
3. Migori Youth FC is directed to pay Darajani Gogo FC for the damaged iPhone 14, media equipment, and reimburse medical expenses incurred within fourteen days (14) of this decision.
4. Migori Youth FC is obliged to pay a fine of KES 200,000.
