Nairobi United and Silibwet played to a 1-1 score line in their FKF National Super League match played today, Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Utalii Grounds.
The first half ended goalless however the second half witnessed a change in momentum. Domnic Akumai put the visitors ahead at the 51st minute minute mark but Nairobi United brought the match back on level terms in the 55th minute via a Brian Lusamukha strike.
At Moi Stadium, Kisumu AllStars beat Kibera Black Stars by 2 goals to 1. All Stars took the lead early in the match through Nelson Amunga but Joh Njoroge brought the visitors back on level terms before the half time break.
Brian Steve scored the winning goal in the second half in the 65th minute.
Mara Sugar recorded a 5-0 win against Vihiga bullets. Goals coming from Yussif Ochieng, Samuel Otieno, Philemon Nyakwaka and a brace from Reuben Okoth.
In other matches, Naivas’ Francis Nambute was the difference in their match against SS Assad. Dimba Patriots registered a 0-0 draw against Luanda Villa. Darajani Gogo also played to a goalless draw to MCF.
