FKF Premier League clubs completed their mid-season transfer business as the window closed on Thursday, February 8, 2024.

Muhoroni Youth and Sofapaka have been the most active securing 13 signings each, followed by KCB FC with 12 and Nzoia Sugar and Shabana bringing in 11 players.

Gor Mahia made some note-worthy international transfers, bringing in Enock Wanyama from China’s Taiwan Leopard Cat FC, while Rogers Mugisha departed for Denmark-based AC Horsens.

Additional acquisitions include Shariff Musa from Bidco United, Musa Masika from KCB FC and Mark Shaban from Green Commandos. Departures include Lyson Muyonga and Alvin Ochieng both loaned to Shabana FC.

Kenya Police have also brought in internationally based players from Zambia’s Kabwe Warriors, Botswana’s Gaborone United and Tanzania’s Pamba FC and released 4 players on loan basis, 3 to Nzoia Sugar and 1 to Posta Rangers.

Notably, Muhoroni Youth have promoted 7 players from their youth side, Muhoroni Young and 4 from FKF NSL sides Mulembe United, Naivas FC and Mara Sugar also tapping into Tanzania based Ruvu shooting amongst other teams.

They in turn released 8 players, 4 to other FKF PL sides and the other 4 to FKF NSL sides.

Tusker FC had the least transfer activity, just bringing in Dennis Magio from Harvest of Hope Africa while releasing Eric Mmata back to Kariobangi Sharks.
