The fixtures for the Total Energies U17 Africa Cup of Nations CECAFA Qualifiers have been revised following the withdrawal of Ethiopia and Burundi from the competition. Kenya is now placed in Group A alongside Uganda and Tanzania.

Junior Stars will kick off their qualification campaign with a match against Tanzania on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 then against Uganda Saturday, December 21, 2024. All matches will take place at Nakivumbo Hamz Stadium.

The best two teams will have a chance to play in the continental championship slated for 2025. The tournament, scheduled from December 15 to December 27, 2024, now features two groups.
