1. Hillside FC vs. Hoha FC (FKF Division One – Match No. 119)
The committee reviewed the case where Hoha FC refused to play their scheduled match against Hillside FC on January 18, 2025, at Nakwamekwi Primary School, citing concerns over an ill-equipped ambulance.
Decision
- The host team, Hillside FC, provided a fully equipped ambulance within the allowed timeline.
- Despite this, Hoha FC opted not to play and left the field.
- Hoha FC was found responsible for the match not taking place.
- In accordance with Article 3.3.2 and Article 3.3.3 of the FKF Rules and Regulations, Hoha FC forfeits the match, and Hillside FC is awarded a 2-0 victory with 3 points.
- No further sanctions will be imposed.

2. Kiminini Combined FC vs. Gucha Stars FC (FKF Division One – Match No. 162)
The committee reviewed a dispute regarding the match scheduled for February 9, 2025, at Ndura Complex, which was not played due to the home team failing to provide an adequately equipped ambulance.
Decision
- Kiminini Combined FC failed to meet the requirement of providing a properly equipped ambulance within the stipulated time.
- As a result, they were held responsible for the match not taking place.
- In accordance with Article 3.3.2 and Article 3.3.3 of the FKF Rules and Regulations, Kiminini Combined FC forfeits the match, awarding Gucha Stars FC a 2-0 victory with 3 points.
- No further sanctions will be imposed.

3. Darajani Gogo FC vs. 3K FC (FKF National Super League)
The committee assessed the circumstances surrounding this fixture and issued a ruling based on the match officials’ reports and applicable FKF regulations.
Decision
- THAT Darajani Gogo FC are found responsible for causing the abandonment of the match having failed to provide the requisite and agreed number of uniformed police officers during the match.
- THAT in accordance with Art. 3.3.2 as read alongside Art. 3.3.3 of the Rules and Regulations Governing Kenyan Football, Darajani Gogo FC shall forfeit the match and the same shall be awarded to 3K FC on a 3 points, 2-0 basis.
- No further sanctions shall be imposed on the club.

4. SS Assad FC vs. Muhoroni Youth FC (FKF National Super League)
The committee reviewed the matter concerning SS Assad FC’s failure to honor their match against Muhoroni Youth FC.
Decision
- THAT SS Assad FC are found to be in violation of Art. 3.8.3 of the FKF Rules and Regulations and are responsible for the match not taking place.
- THAT in accordance with Art. 3.2.3 as read alongside Art. 3.3.3 of the Rules and Regulations Governing Kenyan Football, SS Assad FC shall forfeit the match and the same shall be awarded to Muhoroni Youth FC on a 3 points, 2-0 basis.
- No further sanctions shall be imposed on the club.
- A detailed report containing the reasons for this decision shall be issued within 21 days of this determination.
5. Nairobi United vs. Migori Youth (FKF National Super League)
The dispute over this match was assessed by the committee, leading to a final decision.
Decision
- THAT the results of the match be upheld i.e. Nairobi United [2] – Migori Youth [1]
- THAT in accordance with Rule 9.6.3 of the FKF Rules and Regulations Governing Kenyan Football, Migori Youth FC have been found guilty of acts of hooliganism and violence during the match and consequently, the club shall be docked two (2) points and two (2) goals from those already accumulated.
- THAT Mr. Kelly Olumbe, identified as Migori Youth FC supporter, be and is hereby banned from all footballing activities for a period of six (6) months for attacking a police officer.
- That Mr. Abdi Aziz Osman, identified as Migori Youth FC Chairman, be and is here by suspended for the next five league matches involving Migori Youth Football Club for invading the pitch during the match.
- A detailed report containing the reasons for this decision shall be issued within 21 days of this
determination.
6. Gucha Stars FC vs. Bungoma Superstars FC (FKF National Super League)
A case regarding the completion of this fixture was reviewed by the committee.
Decision
- THAT Gucha Stars FC, having failed to provide an adequately equipped ambulance within the accepted time line, are found responsible for the match not taking place.
- THAT in accordance with Art. 3.3.2 as read alongside Art. 3.3.3 of the Rules and Regulations Governing Kenyan Football, Gucha Stars FC shall forfeit the match and the same shall be awarded to Bungoma Superstars FC on a 3 points, 2-0 basis.
- No further sanctions shall be imposed on the club.
- A detailed report containing the reasons for this decision shall be issued within 21 days of this determination.
The FKF reiterates its commitment to maintaining fairness, discipline, and adherence to match regulations, ensuring that all teams comply with their obligations in the ongoing league competitions.
