Two draws were recorded in today’s Betika National Super League round of 5 action with MCF’s match against Kisumu Allstars among the matches that ended in shared spoils.
The first half was rather cagey as both teams’ attempts to net a goal fell naught.
Upon resumption, Kisumu AllStars were awarded a penalty that resulted in Willis Opondo’s goal in the 50th minute.
This was however short-lived as MCF put one past Kisumu Allstars defense through Kaluma Livingston’s goal three minutes past stoppage time, closing the scores at 1-1.
Fortune Sacco, meanwhile, was the only team that picked up on a win, when they edged Nairobi Stima 3-2 at the Camp Toyoyo grounds.
