The Chapa Dimba na Safaricom Youth Tournament heads to Rift Valley with matches set to be played on Saturday, December 8, and Sunday, December 9, 2018.
49 matches have been lined up in North West Rift across its five sub-branches; West Pokot, Trans Nzoia East, and West, Turkana and Kwanza.
45 games in Uasin Gishu sub-branch will activate the games in North Rift.
National boys’ champions Kapenguria Heroes will kick off their title defense against Murkwuit on Saturday.
Losing girls’ national finalists Tar Tar will in the meantime kick off their title quest against Pokot Ladies at Makutano Stadium on Saturday. Their great rivals Wiyeta have a bye from the first round
North Rift boys’ champions Mwiruti Secondary will start their branch title defense on Sunday against Yamumbi FC. Langas Super Stars will also be contesting the same pool.
The tournament moves to Central and South Rift next weekend.
