Division One: Strathmore drops points as Raiply run riot over Poror

Strathmore University FC suffered their first defeat of the season when they went down 2-1 to visiting Tiki FC in a third tier Division One League match played on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at the Strathmore Complex.

The win was Tiki’s first of the season, having drawn twice and lost twice. Strathmore, on the other hand, has won once, drawn once and lost once this season.

Meanwhile, in Zone B, the match pitting Raiply against Poror Mote yielded the largest scoreline of the season. Raiply won 7-3, consequently rising to seventh on the log with seven points from five matches.

Zone B league leaders Eldoret Youth won 2-0 against Kisumu Hot Stars while second-placed Shabana held Timsales to a 2-2 draw at the St Andrew’s Turi Grounds.

Zone A leaders Mwatate United in the meantime, edged out Liberty Sports Academy 2-0 at the Wundanyi Stadium while second-placed Fortune Sacco were 3-0 winners over SS Assad at the Kianyaga Stadium
