The National U23 football team, the emerging Stars, is set to honour an invitation to take part in the Madaraka Day Cup against hosts Meru Combined.

The match is set to be played on Friday, June 1, 2018, at the Kinoru Stadium in Meru.

18 players have been summoned for the assignment, with Thika United’s Benson Iregi and Baraka Badi making the cut. KCB’s Kenneth Mukuria is also set to feature.
