Confederation of African Football (CAF) has named Andofetra Rakotojaona from Madagascar as the Center Referee for Kenya’s Africa U23 Cup of Nations cum Olympics Qualifier against Sudan.

Rakotojaona will be assisted by his compatriots Velomanana Ferdinand (First Assistant Referee), Randrianarivelo RAVONIRINA (Second Assistant Referee) and Ben Amisy Tsimanohisty (Fourth Official).

Lewis Blaze Madeleine from Seychelles has been appointed Match Commissioner while Louzaya René Daniel from Congo will serve as the Referee Assessor.

The match is slated for Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at the MISC Kasarani starting 4 pm EAT.

Kenya lost 2-0 in the first leg, played on Wednesday, March 20, in Khartoum, and will be looking to overturn the deficit to make it to the third round.
