In a presser at FKF House, Goal Project, officials of both clubs expressed optimism that they will get positive results.

“We have played build-up matches against KCCA, Al Hilal, Gor Mahia and Posta Rangers. We have done well (in the aforementioned matches) and I am confident that we will get a win on Sunday,” said AFC Leopards Secretary-General Oscar Igaida.

“We will try to win by a big margin so that the return leg can only be a formality,” asserted the evidently confident Ingwe official.

Gor Mahia Organizing Secretary Judith Anyango, on the other hand, rallied fans to come out and propel the teams to victory.
