Gor Mahia has been drawn against Cameroonian side New Star de Douala in the play-off round of the CAF Confederations Cup, following a draw held on December 28, 2018, in Egypt.
This comes after Gor lost to Nigerian side Lobi Stars in the CAF Champions League first round which has since seen the SportPesa Premier League defending Champions drop to the Continent’s second-tier club competition.

The first leg will be played between January 11, and January 13, 2019, with the second leg set to be played between January 18, and January 19, 2019.
