The Kenya national team, Harambee Stars, lose to Eritrea,4-1 in their semi-final match played on Tuesday,December 17,2019 at the FUFA Tecnical Center in Jinja,Uganda.

The first half started with attacks from both teams with their main goal to bag a goal for their team. Unfortunately,a  blunder by team forward Oscar Wamalwa, gave Eritrea an early lead with an own goal at the 19th minute, closing the first half with a score of 1-0.

Eritrean team came with a strong urge for goals in the second half as their team forward Abel Solomon bagged a goal for them at the 49th minute but no sooner than Eritrea had bagged their goal than Kenyan forward, Oscar Wamalwa, replied with their first goal at the 52nd minute.Eritrean Forward Michael Habte Gebremesqel, added to their list of goals at the 66th minute.Eritrean forward, Robel Kidane, bagged another goal at the 75th minute.

Harambee Stars now will face either Tanzania or Uganda in the third place play-off on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Kampala,Uganda.
