Gor Mahia’s influential midfielder Francis Kahata and teammate Humphrey Mieno are among 16 players who have reported to camp ahead of the upcoming international friendly matches.
Also in camp are defenders Harun Shakava, Joash Onyango and KF Tirana’s Eric Ouma, as well as Musa Mohammed, who bore the Captain’s armband as Harambee Stars lifted the 2017 CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup.
The rest of the local based players called up will check in on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, with foreign-based players expected to jet in in the course of the week.
The team will hold its first training session on Tuesday morning, May 22, 2018, at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies.
Kenya has been slated to play Swaziland and Equatorial Guinea on Friday, May 25, and Monday, May 28, 2018. Both matches will be played at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.
