Kibera Black Stars suffered their first loss of the season at the hands of KCB in the first of three FKF National Super League matches played on Monday, March 12, 2018, at Camp Toyoyo.

Chrispinus Onyango justified his inclusion in the recently constituted National U23 team with a goal in the 21st minute to hand the Bankers their second win in a row. KCB edged out Kangemi All-Stars 2-1 in midweek last week.

Despite the loss, Black Stars remains top of the log with 13 points from six matches while KCB has since risen to seventh with 10 points from five matches.

Kenya Police unbeaten

Meanwhile, at the Karuturi Grounds in Naivasha, Kenya Police put three past Kangemi All-Stars, consequently extending a five-match unbeaten run.

A brace by National U20 team, Rising Stars, forward Abraham Dawo, coupled with a late strike by Jesse Mata, saw the law enforcers rise to third on the log with six points, similar to second-placed Bidco United.

Both sides, coincidentally, have a +6 goal difference, having both scored eight times and conceded twice. Kenya Police has however played a match less.

In another match played at Camp Toyoyo, Administration Police took home their first three points of the season in a 2-1 win over GFE 105.
