KCB will be looking to avenge a 3-0 hiding at the hands of Wazito in the first leg when the two sides face off in one of eight FKF National Super League matches scheduled for this weekend, Saturday, July, 29 and Sunday, July 30, 2017. Ushuru will also be looking to bounce back from a 3-2 loss to Vihiga United in midweek

Wazito edged out KCB 3-0 in the first leg fixture played on July, 12, only three days after dumping KCB out of the GOtv Shield Tournament on post-match penalties after a 1-1 draw in normal time. Wazito fell to Police 1-0 in midweek via a last gasp penalty, a loss that saw the team drop to third on the log with 38 points, and a win over KCB will be a perfect response. KCB, struggling to get into promotion places, is fifth with 35 points. The match will be played on Sunday, July, 30 at Camp Toyoyo

Vihiga United

League Leaders Vihiga United will also be in action against Administration Police on Sunday, July, 30, preceding the Wazito vs KCB clash. Vihiga jumped to the top of the log after a 3-2 win over Ushuru in midweek, the team’s 12th win of the season. AP, meanwhile, halted an eight-match losing streak when they edged out struggling MOSCA 3-2. A win for Vihiga will confirm the County government sponsored side as serious promotion candidates

On Saturday, Ushuru will be looking to bounce back from a 3-2 loss to Vihiga United when they face Bidco United at Camp Toyoyo. The loss derailed Ushuru’s promotion bid, but the team is only four points adrift of league leaders Vihiga United. Bidco suffered a 2-1 loss at the hands of AFC Leopards in their midweek GOtv Round of 16 fixture and will be looking forward to a swift turnaround

Nairobi Stima

Nairobi Stima will also play host to Palos FC on the same day at the Sher Karuturi grounds in Naivasha. The Powermen, second on the log with 39 points, dropped two points in a 0-0 stalemate in their last match against Nairobi City Stars. The team will be looking to get all three points to stand out among their fellow title contenders. Sixth placed Palos held Isibania to a goalless draw in their last match

The last match of the day(Saturday) will see league debutants Kibera Black Stars travel to Awasi to take on Agro Chemicals at the Chemelil Sports Complex. Black Stars shocked GFE 105 1-0 at the latter’s own backyard last time out and will be looking to carry the same form into this match. Agro Chemicals edged out Nakuru All Stars 1-0 in their last match

Kenya Police

On Sunday, struggling St Joseph Youth will be up against Nairobi City Stars at the Afraha Stadium while FC Talanta will be on the road to face Modern Coast Rangers at the Mbaraki Sports Club. Kenya Police, fresh from a surprise 1-0 win over Wazito in midweek, will be in pursuit of a fourth win in a row when they face GFE 105 at the Kipchoge Keino Stadium
